The beginnings:

The Social Entrepreneurs Charitable Foundation was founded by a group of friendly entrepreneurs and professionals who wanted to pool efforts and give back to society. As in business, they envisioned maximizing the usage of their funds. They were inspired by the idea of supporting entrepreneurs that had the goal of doing social good. They believed in doing things right through a professionally managed charitable foundation that retained the power of choice. They believed in creating change through those that were passionate and capable. By supporting selected high impact projects managed by social entrepreneurship foundations they found an effective way to donate to social causes of their choice that due to their entrepreneurial nature promoted constructive change. The Social Entrepreneurs Charitable Foundation today may be viewed as a foundation for foundations; an organization that prides itself in its expertise of selecting the right foundations and high impact social entrepreneurial projects.

Managing the foundations funds:

The Social Entrepreneurs Charitable Foundation actively manages the pool of funds it receives from its private donors. To achieve this goal the foundation focuses on maintaining a return focused diversified portfolio.

Selection of projects:

The Social Entrepreneurs Charitable Foundation carefully assesses projects every year. The Management Team coordinates with charitable organisations and service providers to achieve the foundation’s charitable purpose that are in line with the  vision and mission.
